The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We have a restocking fee of 20% for all returns and the buyer has to return the item in its original conditions and pay for the return shipping.
We will only take on consideration costumers that have a problem with a damage Fabric or foam. If the item was cut or damage by sender, we will replace it with another another item of the same fabric.
